The breakfast was very very good and amazing, I ordered milk, slices of fresh bread, and omelet. The room with double bed. The hotel was in a marvellous and unbeatable location, by tube.

The hotel is modern and the staff is always accommodating. There are plenty of breakfast options available such as milk, breads, and omelets. the room is functional with tea making facilities, a kettle, and comfortable bedding. the location is fantastic in a pleasant neighborhood, close to Shin-Osaka station where shinkansens and express trains to Kansai Airport depart from. the check-in process is easy and check-out is smooth. Everything is great.

Well-equipped and extremely pleasant rooms with well-kept facilities. Fantastic and incredible location, next to Yamaguchi Honcho Park. Walking distance to a local market and local markets across the street.

The hotel is quaint little, everything is great. They serve amazing and enjoyable breakfasts for all tastes with fish, toast. All the staff members are very friendly and extremely helpful. The setting is incredible and unbeatable, next to Shin-Osaka Station which is a rapid-express trip from the airport, Close to restuarant and local market and restaurants. Shin Osaka district is worth seeing.

This hotel had excellent attention to detail, providing large shampoo/conditioner bottles and a supply of amenities at the lobby. Additionally, the comfortable lobby with a library and the home-made tofu for breakfast added a nice touch to our stay.

The hotel's location was ideal for catching trains, being very near the Shin-Osaka station and bridge over the railway tracks. The staff was courteous, and they made a great effort to assist non-native speakers. Rooms were clean and, in some cases, spacious, with comfortable bedding and clean bathrooms. Breakfast was included in some rooms, and it began early, allowing guests to dine and depart.

Visitors found it challenging to locate the hotel initially.

This hotel was only a few minutes walk from the Shin-Osaka station so most convenient.Staff were very kind and the room and amenities very clean and ample for our needs.

Although there were a few english signs on the telephone poles guiding us to the hotel, it was a bit hard to find. It is located down a side street and there is no sign in English stating the name of the hotel at the site where the road branches to the hotel. So after 30 minutes of walking aimlessly around we found someone who spoke a bit of English to guide us to the hotel.An english sign would be most helpful.

The rooms were clean and provided all the necessary amenities. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent service.
